Whoever schedules for the night shift on Wednesday evenings needs to rethink their planning. They were clearly under staffed for the amount of traffic at 8pm. It’s church night. People eat out after church. We went inside and watched the employees struggle to keep up. The food was tasty though. It took longer than it should however they did the best they could with what they had. The young man who took our order was very pleasant. Someone raised him right.

It’s sad because this was the best Jacks in town. Now it’s just as bad if not worse than the rest! The last time I ate anything from there was a grilled chicken sandwich. The chicken apparently wasn’t done, and was not up to temp. The sandwich was warm. After eating, a few hours later I got sick from the food. And on top of it they hire back employees that are rude and shouldn’t be there. It’s nasty and a few of the employees are nasty and wreak off BO I won’t be back.

The chicken and waffle is terrible!!! Don’t waste your money. The waffle is not good at all and the 2 chicken tenders i was given were the size of my pinky finger. And the 25 min wait was even worse. I will always go back to Jack’s. But not for that.

We’re regular customers of Jack’s in Cloverdale Rd, Alabama. We loved their chicken due to their thick breading. But not this time, we went there at 3:30 pm today (2-07-23) my husband had to wait 15 minutes because there wasn’t enought left in the tray to complete our order. My husband didn’t check our order when it was handed to him because he assumed they cook the chicken in the same way they used to. When we got home & took the chicken out of the box, it was different, the breading was so thin and we were disappointed. If that’s the way they’re gonna cook there chicken now, we believe we’re not coming back there anymore.
