Service was fantastic. Friendly and helpful. We had the corn bisque, trout salad, eggs Benedict, and chicken and waffles. All were delicious and had a little German spin that set them apart.

Came here for a one night trip after a long day. The service was attentive and kind. The food was extremely delicious. We ordered a potato leak soup, which was sooooo good – Highly recommended!! We also ordered an asparagus, beat salad, and a chocolate cake for dessert. We loved everything!!

Food was good. My first time trying German cuisine I loved it. The environment was cozy. The staff was attentive. Very close to the hunter resort ! In 2 days we came twice!

Such a nice place for food and drinks in Hunter!! Flammkuchen (German style flat bread pizza) is so delicious and radlers (beer & sparkly juice) are refreshing and tasty. Nice outdoor patio area and ample parking.

Excellent German food with extensive drink menu (several local options). Appetizers were solid (we had pretzels and flammkuchen). Entrees were awesome. The staff was small but worked together well to deliver great and friendly service! Great dinner experience. Will definitely go back when in the area.

I wish I went to this place sooner! I so underestimated because this amazing restaurant. I am vegetarian and I thought only traditional German food was served, how wrong was I.

Very appropriate ambiance for a dinner after skiing. The meal otherwise felt rathe rushed but by no fault of the waitress but rather the kitchen. We ordered two pretzels to start, one of which came out burnt (not sure why they bothered to send it out) and was sent back. Before the second pretzel had arrived, we already had our dinners. Although the food was tasty, it was definitely quite a bit salty and, again, felt rushed so it wasn’t the best overall experience. Keep in mind that the dinner portions are quite large. Given the cost of the meals, I would have preferred a bit better service and not to be in and out so quickly. We prefer to have a more relaxed meal.

The chicken schnitzel was delicious, and the portions were great. You will need reservations, but if you get there when they open you can dine at the bar. We did, and the service was great.

My friends and I had a wonderful time at the Jagerberg Beer Hall for Sunday Brunch. I would highly recommend getting the “Warm Raclette Cheese” appetizer for the table. It was tasty and had a good variety of things to snack on. This place was pretty quiet for brunch and it shouldn’t be for the variety and quality of brunch items they had. The next time I’m in that area I will definitely go back!
