Ordered with the mobile app. Easy to use and delicious cold sub sandwiches. The warm sandwiches don’t have a lot of flavor, but the cold subs are the way to go! They have Pepsi products which is a plus and the Stubborn Black Cherry pop is amazing!!! Allow some time for your order to be ready. It’s quality over quantity, and that’s not bad.

There were two novice sandwich makers there. One wasn’t sure where to get mustard. The other took my order without asking about what kind of bread I wanted. But they were attentive, happy and eager to please. With sandwiches this good I don’t know how Subway will survive.

Pretty good basic sub but I think market basket is a better value and family deli is a better quality sandwich. Comparing to MB I think the bread is better here and the variety of sandwiches is better. Way better than subway obviously.

I ordered a steak and cheese from this place and it was a small I had a delivered by DoorDash. it was Billy any meat in the steak and cheese. It was no steak really in the steak and cheese. It was mostly bread then I called them and complained about it and they said what do you want us to do about it and gave me an attitude, so I’ll never do business with these people again they’re a waste of money

Food was amazing. Employees were great at their job but severely understaffed. Being in the industry for years, my recommendation would be a 4th employee on Saturday and an order limit for online orders. The amount of orders was impossible to do in a timely manner

Unfortunately, this sandwich shop falls short of expectation. As others have said, Market Basket sandwiches are just as good and taste great, if not better, and much cheaper. That said, the BEST sandwiches and subs in town are at family and locally owned, “Family Deli” in Maynard and almost all locals knows that. I would have welcomed this addition to town and would have been happy to become a patron of this sandwich shop in addition to the others if the quality was better and the prices were lower.
