I went in and everyone was in the back, so the girl comes out and she puts on her gloves, starts cutting my meat…she did a wonderful job, even though the acting manager did make her change the way I wanted her to cut, but they took that part off and it was looking good…then 2 more guys come from the back…they looked like they had the gloves on already doing whatever in the back. So I’m looking at the brown lettuce and the mushy tomatoes…I hadn’t actually said , but he put the lettuce on and it was a turn off, not to mention the last guy who’s touching the register in the same gloves he’s touching my sandwich, you can see the fingerprints on the register, he touches it and then grabs the sandwich and starts cutting. I’m like I don’t want that sandwich, he mumbled something, I walked out…I don’t like 5 people touching and talking and laughing over my sandwich. I went to the one by the college it was my first sandwich and it was wonderful, this would’ve been my second. Don’t go to this one in carle place.

I’m very disappointed in the customer service there. Black lady is very rude. Keeps comparing me to other people. Saying another man is my brother. Always has an attitude when taking my order. She is the only black girl there. That Makes me feel uncomfortable. I will not be returning back. Please make sure you hire professional staff. Not women with attitudes

Sadly whenever I have subway, I usually yack. Jersey Mike’s is yummy and the food stays down. What tells you that? Jersey Mike’s is cleaner and sanitary. The sandwiches are yummy. The chocolate chip cookie is to die for. I wish they had a meatball hero.

Not bad, not great- more good than bad. The picture is a $8 regular size cheesesteak. Not a lot of meat, at all, but tasty. We got two of these, and one Giant Italian Special. The Giants are huge, easily feed two people, but it is the typical corporate style cold cuts. Both subs were tasty. As far as staff, because I see some people mentioned that, the tall guy working the register was very helpful, taking orders, making the cold sub, ringing us up. Other staff seems to do as they are asked, but no real initiative and may prefer to chat amongst themselves. Place could use a good sweeping and someone cleaning off the few small tables inside.

We did takeout on the day when Jersey MIke’s donates the money from their sales to charity. I got the #13, my usual. I got the large sandwich and ate half for dinner and the other half the next day. All the “juice” soaked in over night making the sandwich even better! Their Philly Cheesesteak is also a classic.

When you have to call over 10 times for them to answer the phone during non peak hours and not be immediately hanged up on/ have them end the call so you can have them change the cheese cause they removed the customization option from uber eats. Lol i’m just gonna keep calling till you answer…

Payed over 8 dollars plus tax for a tub? Could have went to grocery store and made this myself very disappointed for a first time customer there. Stick to the subs apparently. Could have at least filled it up instead of literally it being less than half way.

Very disappointed you guys have lost a good customer!! Ordered a Giant size sandwich few bags of chip a few sodas and went to pay!! All I had were $100 and $50 dollar bills was told can’t take anything other than $20!! And they let me walk out empty handed!! Never again will I be back there! I’m in the restaurant business I have never heard something so ridiculous!! 7/11 right down the block had no problem breaking my $50!! Glad you guys can afford to turn away business in times like these!! Your loss!!!!
