New location with great food and competitive prices. Appears to be a bit of micromanagement of new employees, making them a bit nervous and self conscious. Hopefully this will improve with time & experience. Not sure of the address of this location as the receipt shows 695 Kristine Way while the address number above the door shows 659. Great food!

Normally I would post 4-5 stars, they always do well. However this time I decided to order the Big Kahuna cheese steak, with extra meat and cheese, with the wrap instead of the bun. It was the first time I have tried their wrap. As I was eating it, it all looked like wrap, but had a “meaty” taste.. but I never did see any steak. I thought it was mostly wrap, so I kept eating, expecting to find the steak. I never did. By the time I got to the end, I decided to start pulling away the excess wrap.. but as I looked at it, I realized it must be some kind of meat. I have no idea what it was. I tried to call the store to ask, but was advised to use the app.. and no one ever picked up when I selected to speak with an associate. I’m sure this had to be some kind of a mix up. My 3rd time using this store, my first disappointment.

I never been in a place that is unsanitary and rude. I worked for jersey mikes company for two years and for this to come from an old Employee should say something. I waited for my food between them staff not welcoming to agreeing to sitting and waiting. To the floor beyond dirty and a staff member eating and grabbing food during a busy hour and talking with their mouth full than not washing their hands. There is some serious health violations that need to be addressed. On top I said allergic to mushroom on my order and I have now a reaction. I will never be back and think they need some new employees who will be willing to work. This is just so unprofessional and if this is what the company is I don’t think they should be running a company.

I live just 2 miles from this new Jersey Mike’s and have gone there about weekly since it opened. It beats other sub places for its food. However, the last few times have been a disaster.

Absolutely great experience! It was even close to closing time and I get that.. BUT the young men there working were friendly and polite! The young man who made my Chicken Philly told me “this is going to be the best one you’ve had so far!” And it WAS!! SOO DELICIOUS!!*****5 STARS GUYS! We’ll be back!

Tried out the new location to cash in on my “Birthday Sub”. (Awesome email perk!) Dining area was full, so it was busy, yet the environment was buzzing with positive energy. I interacted with 4 different employees and every one of them had a good attitude and a smile.

I ordered the steak filly and the sandwich I had was the worst Filly steak sandwich I ever had. Poor quality meat, over cooked, the sandwich was mostly meat, green peppers & onions were hard to find. Flavor was very bland — like shoe leather.

Gave 2 stars because of the driver that’s contracted through the Jersey mikes not the actual store or the order. She kept in contact and let me know that it was the place that was taken forever to make the food. Placed the order online at 12:22. The driver was waiting for 23 minutes for the actual order and wasn’t able to leave the store until 1:06. The order it’s self once arrived was wrong. The order was placed through the app with push buttons. Do better, you can’t even attempt to blame the delivery service on this.
