I’ve been getting the best subs here for years and today I couldn’t eat my chicken salad. It was all dark meat and tasted disgusting. I’m really surprised that you have ruined it for me. If I ever get the bad taste out of my mouth, I would have to think long and hard before eating your food. What happened????? You have ruined my favorite place. I don’t know what pigeon tastes like, but I think that’s what I ate today. Jeanne Bonin

Ordered on jersey Mike app for delivery. My order was delivered with a sandwich missing, called store and they told me to come in and they would make me the missing sub. Paid for delivery for a reason! Rude worker hung up on me. Never resolved the problem they caused. Service is the worst.

The incompetence by Jersey Mikes and DoorDash is laughable. We made an order at 11:15am, driver arrived at about 12:30 with the wrong order with some excuse. The driver leaves to go back to the store, comes back 30 minutes later with the same wrong order with another excuse and still hadn’t gone back to the store. Finally at almost 2 pm the driver shows up with the correct order that Jersey Mikes apparently messed up. The reading comprehension of these people is fu#!ing amazing. Not to mention that the sandwiches are smaller when you order for delivery. Never doing this again. Absurd.

Submitted an online order and forgot to add mayo. Called into the store and spoke with a young girl who made it happen for me! Sun was amazing, thank you so much.

Sub ok but not worth $16. Maybe you could use some of that money to replace your credit card machine, I had to try 5 times to get it to work and every attempt I put a 10% tip on but when it finally worked the tip was off. Put customers and employees first.

First the subs are smaller then other places for the price then I ordered bacon on my sub. When I got home to eat it the bacon was old and tasted old. I know because I work at a restaurant. Will never go there again there is a Publix across the street will be going there from now on again. I almost always go to Publix but my wife went to this place. No more

I dropped by this location yesterday for lunch. It was obviously very busy, but I was willing to wait. While waiting you have nothing else better to do than to observe and what I observed yesterday left me speechless. What initially caught my attention was when a young female employee asked for mayo, Banana peppers and pickles. Another older female walked over with those items and slammed them down on the back counter. The noise tuned me in. The younger female snatched up the Mayo and began filling the front container, obviously frustrated. A few moments later she walks by the older female who is in the line cook area, walks back to the front and I hear the older female tell her “I don’t need your attitude, you can go home if you want”. So the older female I would presume is a supervisor or manager etc. The younger female decides to stay, but during the rest of my time there she was slamming things, snatching receipts from the young female cashier and reaching online order bags across her like she couldn’t do it herself. Not to mention the slamming down of the very big knife that’s used to cut the subs. I’m in management myself and the very thought of any of my staff members having to be around that kind of animosity just saddens me. I don’t know if this is a normal occurrence or if the fact that they were so busy had a couple of them on edge? I can tell you that the meat guy, condiment guy, cashier girl, and food runner guy in the back were all working very hard and kept thier good spirits up. I’m giving 2 stars, not because of the food, but because I hope the morale between employees gets looked at.

Typical fast-food, industrial based, suburban market fare. Very limited variety as dictated by an MBA generated market research report. Try asking for a pastrami and gouda, or a liverwurst & provolone. Blank stares returned.
