I usually get #42 chipotle chicken sub. It is so good it just melts in my mouth and I never thought I’d love a hot cheese steak sandwich like theirs and better than firehouse. The #7 turkey and provolone isn’t bad either. The restaurant was also clean and pretty much maintained.

Worst sub I’ve ever tried to eat. To coworkers and I decided on subs, I voted Jimmy John’s but Jersey Mikes won the vote unfortunately. I ordered the chicken Philly and received an inedible excuse for a sandwich. Bread was so soggy the sandwich fell apart. The onions and peppers had the texture of gummy worms and lacked any sort of flavor. The “chicken” was somehow dry but also covered in some kind of sauce that resembled cheese but tasted and smelled like Italian dressing. I will never order Jersey Mikes again after this. Do yourself a favor and go to Jimmy John’s.

I was here about a week ago. I wish I remember the guy’s name who helped me because he was the SWEETEST person ever! I have a gluten allergy and he was super sweet in answering my questions and making sure my food was safe. ALSO, other sandwich places only have one, small size for their gluten sandwich rolls (if they even have gluten free bread), but Jersey Mikes has LARGE gluten free bread and they can cut it into any size for you! Please tell the gentleman with dark hair and I think glasses that he is the best and I appreciate him!

Ordered the mikes famous Philly as did a few others behind me. All got served and left before mine was even started. The staff could care less and you could see it on their faces. I got a “sorry about the wait” no one acknowledged my complaint and all started talking trash when I walked out.

Now I’m a big jersey mike’s fan but this was by far probably the most discombobulated location I have been to… I placed an online order and when I get there, it was instant confusion. The register guy instantly goes to hand me the sandwich in his hand, sir I ordered 3 sandwiches. He then asks my name and starts looking thru the other pile of sandwiches waiting on the counter. I knew it wasn’t ready because it was only about 5 minutes since I placed the order online. The two young guys were struggling to get the orders together. The poor customers in line were patiently waiting to be helped but you could tell the first man was getting upset. A young lady came in to work and saved the day by helping them getting the orders caught up, cleaned the area and took out the trash. Girls ROCK!… Now to my sandwiches, I got two hot subs. One roll was way longer than the other, both lacked the full amount of meat. I gave 3 stars because it was still flavorful, but definitely not up to Jersey Mike’s standards!

This place is DISGUSTING. The crew of 3 are all teens, no responsible supervision. Although they were kind and had good customer service. They lacked cleanliness and did not change gloves. I noticed one young man using register, touching counter tops and making subs. Afterwards he went to the back and ate a cookie and came back to make customers subs. The soda fountain was only dispensing carbonated water, did not look like anyone knew how to fix it. I WILL NEVER GO BACK.

My husband and I weren’t feeling well, so we ordered Jersey Mike’s through their app. It was supposed to be delivered through Doordash. Great we thought. It showed Jamal J. as the driver. It gave us an option to track, which we did. Then as it got near our house, about a mile away, it switched to “delivered” yet nothing showed up at our doorstep. We won’t be trusting Jersey Mike’s app or Doordash ever again. Called Jersey Mike’s twice before they would refund the order, (only the amount for the sandwiches) but still had to call Doordash to have the full amount refunded. The first call to the store, the person answering the phone said Doordash picked up the order, and it was no longer their problem. Let’s see if they truly do refund it. I think the driver for Doordash didn’t pay attention to the address, because I don’t want to accuse him of stealing it. Just feel uuuggghhh, because we’re hungry and not feeling good and now have to go get food elsewhere. Thanks for nothing Jersey Mike’s and Doordash. It was the first time ordering through the app for delivery and it’s also the last. Didn’t care for the experience.

We order monthly lunches for our employees. I had placed the order on May 3rd – and the only date it would let me select is the next day. So I called the restaurant. Spoke with a nice young man and he told me in the notes to indicate the time and date and to call him when I was done booking. I did so, and he told me he saw the order come through and was notating on there that it was in fact for a different date then what was selected. The day comes. I show up at the time I indicated… They hadn’t even started the order. The employee told me that it would be 40 minutes to get the order together and asked if I wanted to wait. I told him yes, because where else am I going to get food for 100 people within 40 minutes!? Took them two hours to complete the order. One employee had to leave and came back later with Bread in a bag, and boxes of condiments. Another employee dropped a wrapped sandwhich on the floor and turned around to see if I saw. We made eye contact, and she proceeded to put the sandwhich in the bag… I asked if she had a food handlers card and requested they remake the sandwhich. Needless to say we will not be doing catering from them again in bulk or personally.
