Made me wait 45 minutes for 2 sandwiches as a delivery driver. Have some respect for your delivery drivers and most importantly have some respect for yourselves. When finally finished they threw the order down on the counter in front of me. Good for you, you feel like big man at sandwich shop? I was gm of jimmy John’s when I was a kid. You had to know how to make every sandwich in 20 seconds or less or you could not work there. Here they clearly do not care about you. And if you do not care about yourself it is impossible to care about anyone else. Do better guys. Pretty sure they phoned me into delivery company for “bad attitude”, anyone would be frustrated to wait like I did for literally 2 sandwiches. As walk ins and pick up orders order they will push delivery tickets to the back and then get in your face about how your ticket isn’t up yet. Bad service, bad attitudes. I’m a vegetarian so I would never eat anything here but I hope the food is better than the people.

I have been to many Jersey Mike’s in the Santa Monica / LA area and for the most part I have been very happy with the end product and customer service. However, this specific place in Santa Monica lacks of quality control on the product, therefore the reason for 1 star. This is the 3rd time we have ordered sandwiches in the last couple of months and there was always something wrong. To start off, I don’t believe anyone reads the “special request” box because even if we say “LITE ON OIL AND VINEGAR”, the sandwiches are always extremely soggy and dripping oil and vinegar.

No parking for pickup , only meters , spent today dollar just to pickup food (no make sense when you work for Uber eats)because people are super slow after 20 minutes of waiting did not say a word just passed the back and even did not look at me , don’t visit this place if you want to protect your energy
