This was a great personal size deep dish pizza. Excellent taste! Texting my order seemed to create a bit of confusion. However, a phone call cleared up the misunderstanding. Will definitely be eating this again. Perhaps avoiding the text to order option.

Just picked up 2 small pizzas and a bread. Service was super fast, crew was extremely polite, place was spotless. Got home and food was even better!! Thank you for the great experience and this has been our opinion the past several visits. Great job!!

To me, the best pizza in Nashville. The high quality of all ingredients is evident in your first bite. It’s properly cooked where the pepperoni ends are curled up and crispy, the edges of the crust are crisp. It’s just an incredible experience like a thick crust pizza should be. You can also get flavored crusts! Can’t wait to try those. So, if you find yourself near a Jets Pizza, you must try it.

The staff cannot handle busy days at this store. I ordered online 1 large pizze and chicken wings (not a huge order) and went to the store once I got confirmation on the APP stating READY to PICK UP, but had to wait 20 mins at store and people after me ordered were getting it served … I was told the app just sends the confirmation and doesn’t know if the store is busy!!! Really , IY doesn’t serve the purpose of having n APP… something to consider for the JET PIZZA app developer..

Love jets but the last time I ordered my pizza was over an hour and it was burnt. Ordered again tonight at 650 pm and it’s 820 and still no pizza. When I called they said it is on its way. Probably go with Marcos next time. Good pizza way faster! Sorry jets
