Being my very 1st time there highly unsatisfied i was just asking questions wasn’t holding up the line no other customers there i didn’t know the SANDWICHES or all the ingredients they had or bread 1st was a causcasian lady was rude like i was irritating her then a black FEMALE didn’t want to answer my question very rude i just said never mind and walked OUT and took my business to subway which was very polite NEVER AGAIN TRAIN THE STAFF ON CUSTOMER SERVICE

The most tasteless sandwiches I have ever eaten. No flavor at all and tastes like nursing home food. Very expensive! $13 for a small Turkey sandwich and a water. Also I was charged $1.75 for water but didn’t want to argue with the cashier because she was ghetto. Definitely go to subway. Second time this has happened here. No wonder no one goes here anymore.

In an attempt to get a sandwich I came to this location because the downtown location was closed. This one was open, however they only had one stick of bread left 3 hours before they’re supposed to close. Clearly they’re not prepared at all for their day.

They really were freaky fast!Especially for a big order. Both staff members I talked to were so courteous and willing to answer questions. It was my first time ordering at a Jimmy John’s and it was a pleasant experience. The sandwich was great, too.

I went to this store for the first time. The young woman at the window was rude and rushed me to order and I was the only person in line. I got a turkey sub I wasn’t asked what I wanted on the sandwich, it had very little meat, it was cold… when I got home I added mayo, pickle, onion, cheese and more turkey! Never in life did that. I paid $10 for a sandwich I had to make over myself at home. And with the bad service just makes me not recommend your company to anyone
