HORRIBLE! They messed up my husband’s sandwich, not once, not twice, not three, but FOUR TIMES. We finally gave up and could not enjoy our meal. We’re new parents and this was our only date night we’ve had for a while and you’ve ruined it. Not only could they not make the sandwich correctly, they were beyond rude and disrespectful, because we didn’t have a physical receipt, however, it’s was a MOBILE order and we were never given one. At this moment, I will NEVER go to a jimmy johns again. It was absolutely horrible.

If there was an option not to give any stars then that would be my rating. Made my order online waited an hour just to find out when I called the store that it was ready 30 minutes ago. I go pick up my order and come home and my order is completely wrong. Would not recommend this store to anyone.
