Jimmy Johns is usually a quick, easy go-to for my family. We stopped here on our way to Detroit for a weekend trip and the service was incredibly slow. They weren’t busy (at least inside the restaurant wasn’t, we were the only ones in there). Definitely not “freaky fast” and then they forgot to include my son’s sub. My husband went up and they found it just sitting to the side. If you’re good about checking your order and don’t mind waiting, this is your place.

Don’t come here. Went here earlier (May 21st 2023) and found a live bug Crawling around in my sandwich right after the first bite (luckily didn’t swallow) dry heaved for like 5 minutes afterwards.

Young boy taking orders in the drive thru couldn’t be bothered to get off his personal cell phone long enough to actually listen to my order. He went to hand it to me and had to tell him a 3rd time it was supposed to be on wheat. Every other word was “uhhh..” as if I was talking to the stoner from fast times at Ridgemont high! Then I watched the girl making the sandwiches just peel everything off the wrong bread and put in on the correct bread! I get not being wasteful but she couldn’t be bothered to stack it better or even put new dressing on it. Highly disappointed Jimmy John’s. Train these teenagers with higher quality standards.

Normally don’t have any issues with this Jimmy Johns location but every time I go through the Drive thru and Makayla is taking orders I am given the wrong order. This only happens with Makayla and has happened multiple times now. Can’t help but think this is intentional at this point. It’s not that the order was made wrong but I’m given the complete wrong items. I’ve contacted the store the last two times this has happened and they’ve apologized and I just called and spoke with someone at the corporate number. It’s embarrassing that you have an employee who conducts themself this way and that this hasn’t been addressed.

The manager in this store is rude and has terrible costumer service. He has no compassion or empathy. When we tried to pick up our order, the Milford store pointed out we had accidentally ordered at the store on Milford rd, New Hudson. We tried to cancel the order as we were advised legally we can do it even if the order has been made. The manager in Milford himself tried to help us by calling and canceling to remake it but this man refused and hung up the phone. When I tried to call he did the same, he stated he was not going to cancel it and hung up. We arrived to pick up this order, we asked for the manager who cut me off while I was speaking and it wasn’t until we reminded him of how poor his customer service skills were that he decided to listen and “apologize”. He completely denied hanging up on me, basically claiming I was lying.

I’m sad to say that this location will no longer receive our business. They made an error, and refused to fix it. I was give the excuses- You should have been more specific on what you wanted. The staff is new and there are learning curves. I was told “sorry for the inconvenience” The sandwich was made incorrectly and they wouldn’t make it right. Terrible customer service. We went to this location at least 2x a month for the past four years.
