This location will be slammed busy and still make sure to check if you’re there for a pick up order. If they’re running behind on your pick up for some reason, they’ll expedite it and get it out to you asap. They always make my food correctly too (I always leave stuff on or change something). Service is great and everyone in there is always hustling!

This place has really gone downhill. Order with app and watch 5 people get your stuff ahead of you. Order in store with my kid and watched 4 people get their food after our order. Never again. Panera or anywhere else with better customer service from this point forward!

The last 5 times we’ve ordered it’s been completely wrong. Last time I spent an extra $2 on meat which I never received. They have went downhill so fast and it’s super sad. Will NEVER be going back. Plus I already went to that site and complained, yet no response.

Love this JJ restaurant! I suspect that most bad reviews on here (as with most fast food places) is user error or people that want free food! If a customer has a problem with the pricing, they should contact a corporate office instead of dragging this specific restaurant. I have never had a bad experience or a problem with any lunch or dinner order. The staff is always very friendly, personable, and polite! My sandwiches are always made to perfection, even with my substitutions or add-ons. The restaurant is always clean and smells like fresh bread. This JJ would NOT be the same without the in-house staff! This location gets my repeat business for the food, wonderful staff, and atmosphere. Thank you to all of the hard workers, you guys rock!
