Arrived at the store at 8:47PM on a Sunday evening. I know the store closed at 9PM on Sundays, so I thought I could get a quick sandwich for 1 person. After turning my car off, 1 of the employees ran to the door to lock it 13 minutes early before store hours were closed. Then laughed it off with the other 2 employees. Pretty disappointing. I wouldn’t have minded too much, but then to laugh it off between the 3 of them was pretty rude.

Called in an order for delivery sandwich and soda. Was told it would be to me in 15min, nothing came half hour later called asked where it was got told driver was on the way with that being said I was 1.4 miles away from the store. 45 mins go by still nothing 1 hour in now, I call again ask to speak with a manager like what’s going on was told 15 min he say we are busy it will be there soon, sorry that answer is not going to work any more, how about you comp the sandwich or pop at least for the inconvenience, he goes no it’s full price like he didn’t even care. I STRONGLY SUGGEST AVOIDING THIS LOCATION!! Driver showed up 1 hour and 10 minutes after I place the order! I did not accept the food!

Literally the worst. Waited an hour and a half and then they finally call me saying they didn’t have a driver. The worst thing besides the hastily thrown together sandwich was the lack of customer service. There was one other customer in the building so I don’t understand the lack of communication I also Never got an apology once either. I’d highly recommend not going to this location to save yourself from this experience I had. Go to any of the other locations for proper service.

I placed an order for asap delivery. I got a confirmation email saying it’ll be delivered tomorrow. I was bummed but ok, I already paid for it so I’ll just have a nice lunch tomorrow. Turns out, they delivered it day of, left it outside by my garage like I asked. The only problem is, I never got a call, text, or email saying it was delivered. Walked outside this morning to find a nicely frozen sandwich.

We ordered party platters three days in a row from the National Sports Center Dome during the S&C Winter Bash Dome Softball Tournament. Every day the workers answering the phone were great and they made the deliveries timely. I have had other sandwich shops say you can’t order platters on the same day. I rarely ever write reviews but wanted them to know how much I appreciated the services from every staff member I talked with.
