Super super yummy food that was made right! Stopped on 4/10/23 while passing through and the drive thru made it very convenient for us and our 4 dogs. We drive past here while on road trips a lot and I’ve marked it as a great place to stop on my maps!

We never have issues here, but the Girl at register was very slow. Seems under the influence. One sandwich was made wrong and specifically should have been remade. This service crew today was unbelievably disappointing.

Do NOT order ahead here. You will put in an order for ASAP and they won’t have it ready till 40 minutes after the store got your order. This happens to me every time! Sometimes the drive through is faster but I would just go to the one’s on kirby ave. They are better and faster.

After today I will be going out of my way to go to one of the many other locations in the Champaign Urbana area. I have seen Employees eating off of the line, sitting on counter tops hair not pulled back, and today was the last draw when I saw the blonde young lady gathering trash and then proceeded to drop the trash to make our order without washing her hands, completely unacceptable. If the only things that the staff know are to be friendly and clean I can deal with everything else.
