The Jimmy John’s on 72nd Street has been a favorite since the chain first opened. Recently, I ordered an unwich veggie with less mayo and skinny chips with a large water. The voice was kind and honest asking me to speak louder. They were friendly and kind. The food was yummy & reasonable with the ability to make dietary changes.

I only order from this location because the location on 114th and Dodge does not to deliver to work. Constant issues with this location. The bread is usually hard. The toppings are almost always skimpy. Today my sandwich had little to no turkey! They also have to be the slowest location in town. Takes me at least 45 minutes sometimes to get my order. Every time I order, I say it’s going to be the last time. I don’t know why I keep doing it!

All 3 sandwiches were soggy inside and the outside of the bread was super hard on the outside bread, Ordered 9:45pm for a pick up and they weren’t ready so no reason to be soggy. Also they would not deliver to my house when I live less than 2 miles away. Not impressed with the service or the sandwiches this visit.

Came in for lunch knowing their facility is always clean and they are very very polite. I got my order quick. The manager handled a disgruntle customer who was mad that they hadn’t received their food yet due to a large order that the team was working as fast and efficient as possible to make and serve other customers. The manager handled it very well and was very polite and professional. To the guy that was throwing a fit go home and make your self and sandwich if you can’t wait the world don’t revolve around you. First coke first serve.
