Man that was the best cold cut ever! I should know ima food expert! It beat out the rest don’t know why such low ratings. This was a perfect meal. Healthy and crisp veggies the bread even taste like a bagel. I got this meal for lunch but returned to it throughout the day. It was still in great eatable condition. So impressed. It beat out all the sandwich shops too

Incredibly slow. It shouldn’t take 20 minutes to make 1 sandwich and this is not a 1 time occurrence as you can see from other reviews. The manager apologized and suggested its not usually slow, but they were down a driver. No…that has nothing do with the folks making the sandwiches at a snails pace. people have lunch breaks from work for 30 to 45 minutes. You can’t take up more than half of their time.

Extremely slow service, rude staff on multiple occasions. Waited 20 minutes after placing a “freaky fast” order on the app. Today’s I was told “we’re out of bread” and they were also out of jalepeno chips. Gave me a sandwich on regular wheat bread that looked like it was bought from a store. Insane and completely unacceptable. No way this sandwich is the equivalent to the sandwich that I ordered. No apologies, no cares. Will use a different location if there is a next time.

This location should deserve zero stars. The staff is incredibly rude, the meats and the veggies seem to be old, and everyone is just slow. Wouldn’t mind letting things pass but it’s a reoccurrence and staff is consistently rude.

Moved here from Austin and have never been to a good Jimmy John’s in Houston, but this one in particular is extra rough. Veggies always taste like they’re frozen and the meats don’t taste right. Idk why but they’re also always out of everything, which can be really frustrating (especially when they make your sandwich and give it to you, and when you say “hey, why isn’t there any lettuce?” they say “oh we’re out” even though no one said that before). Might just wait til another trip to Austin to have JJ’s again and have Jersey Mike’s instead.

I really jimmy johns but this location is not worth going to. Take trip a little further to hwy 6 and 1092 by the home Depot. The employees here have zero customer service. My mother came here and ask for wheat bread and they told her no even though she could see it behind the counter. Finally they did give it to her. Then she said no cheese and they threw some cheese on there. They were pretty rude or we would have chalked it up to them being new or just making a mistake. The attitude says it all. Who ever the franchise owner is needs to be present during shifts to see what’s happening. I know it hard to find employees but I hope it gets better.

I love Jimmy John’s. However, the customer service at this location could be better. They close at 9 PM on Saturdays. I walked in at 8:30 PM and the guy behind the counter starts cleaning up for the evening put the meat away. I waited for a few minutes and then I asked if they are closed. He said, “No”, as he continued to clean up. I replied, “Well can you take my order because I am standing here.” The guy responded, “Well, I cleaning up.”

I’m in their store now) I came to this location a couple of months back. Mind you ,I live about 15 mins away. I came through the drive-thur and ordered my combo meal. The Caucasian guy, kinda tall and slim at the drive thru gave me my soda, dripping all on the side,and lid halfway on. I had to ask for napkins to wipe my cup #1. So, I get home and pull my sandwich out and my bread is hard as hell. At this point I’m livid. I called the store and made a complaint because I’m hungry but I’m not driving all the way back. It deprived me of my sandwich experience. I had to take the bottom bread off…… Like what???? They tried to feed me some lied but I want going for it and told them I was writing a review. The caucasian guy called back and apologized. He said they were going to replace my sandwich. I said okay, no problem. I get to the store today because I was one this side of town. I explained to the African American what happened. So he said give me a minute, he was working the dry the by himself. No one else was in the front to help. Later one guy came to help him. I waited 25-30 minutes to get my sandwich…..Horrible customer service!
