I had a sandwich delivered and put in the instructions not to knock because my dog has a torn ACL, he gets jumpy. My food was delivered quick with no knock and a treat for him was stapled to the bag. Thank you Jimmy John’s that absolutely made my day.

Handing out wrong orders, not calling them out and having them sit while the customer is waiting for their food. When asked where is my food I was told rudely by the older lady on the make line its coming while the whole time it was sitting ready. When I went and asked the cashier to cancel my order after 30 minutes of waiting she went and check for the order and told me that it was ready for a long time. Delicious sandwiches, ready extremely quickly – at any time of the day, and (in my many experiences) made exactly to order, too! Their “Little John’s” are around $4, 6.5 inches long, decently filling, and hold such an intense and unique flavor when blended with their specialty ‘Jimmy’ toppings. A variety of sides are available as well, too. You can never go wrong with one of their super soft baked goods, or maybe a big whole pickle if sweets aren’t your thing. Or just grab a bag (or 2) of their ‘Jimmy Chips’, which are flavor packed, and extra crunchy – “just like they oughta be!” – no matter which kind you choose! Enjoy!

Used this location for a business lunch and learn. Food was supposed to be ready by 11:30 am. Still waiting and it’s 12:15. I will miss the opportunity to educate my client and miss out on any sales. Employee could care! Thanks JJ for nothing.

Fast and mostly friendly service. There was a minor issue with my order (I wanted “no TOmato” on it- not “no mayo”). I’m guessing the confusion was with the drive through speaker since they’re never high quality. They made the sandwich based on what was on what the slip said, so there was a little confusion when trying to explain what was wrong. In the end, they realized the problem and made me a new one. Replacement was delish.

Waited an hour and 4 minutes for my delivery. Not a massive issue, but that’s a little crazy. Both my sandwiches were wrong. My bootleggers had no mayo (by request) add mustard and Jimmy peppers. Sandwich had no sauce, no peppers. My coworkers club lulu had such stale bread, we originally thought they wrapped up a brick. Last month they delivered my sandwich to the business next to me, twice! 3 strikes in a 30 day’s time. This business needs to learn from the JJ in woodburn by the mall. They never do me wrong.
