Been going to this Jimmy Johns for years the service is always top notch and the sandwiches are made very well. When you ask for extra of a certain ingredient you’re never let down. Bread and meat are always fresh.

Polite staff. They were very busy and I was to pick up my order with a short wait. Was glad to see they had concerns for customers by following health and safety guidelines. Food was delicious!

There Vito sub with spicy peppers on it was my go to food when I was pregnant and after. Plus the French bread taste great. My kids don’t love veggies but they love the bread and meat

When i come in a look for the # of sandwich i want and read the description of what’s on the sandwich. So i saw there was Onions so i asked if i can have it without onions. I can’t have mayo and tomatoes so i kept reading to make sure there isn’t any. So i got my sandwich and went back to work, i opened it and long behold was mayo and tomatoes. So i called them very politely and told them i can’t have mayo and tomatoes and if they can remake my sandwich please. The customer rep, rudely said no that’s not something we do here the menu says is has those items. (Here’s the catch, in very fine lettering under “CHOOSE YOUR SANDWICH” it says that. Idk about anyone else but i just find the number of sandwich i want and ready the ingredients and go from there and that’s my bad for not asking and double checking, i told him i didn’t see that or i definitely would have asked for none of those items. He then said you’ll have to buy a new sandwich without those items, we can’t make you another one.

Ordered 3 sandwiches. 2 of the 3 were incorrect. All the “freebee” condiments requested were left off. Requested mustard, not mayo & only got mayo. Never going there again. Worst $$ ever spent.

My sandwich was freaky good. Too bad all the other fast food places aren’t freaky good! Keep up the good work Jimmy John’s!

Used to really enjoy it. Now it is just kind of weird. The sandwich was alright (a little boring). The pickle was just gross. Old and slimy, and they didn’t even successfully cut it into quarters. They also got one of our drink orders wrong. Probably going to stick with Subway from now on.

Sandwiches aren’t too bad but the employees here just look like they don’t even want to be there. Times are tough but a smile is always nice.

Stopped by to grab a take-out sandwich for dinner; order the gargantuan and paid extra for bacon to be added. Arrived home, saw that no bacon was added. Tried calling the store, no luck with anything. Submitted complaint through their website, no response past the auto-reply. Submitted another complaint a few weeks later, again no response. I understand that mistakes sometimes happen, but the refusal to correct them or even get back to the customer is unacceptable.
