Terribly slow service. I get the impression no one cares. I don’t know if I would either. In the back of a dungeon like food court. Overpriced even for LV. Made the shake before even starting the burgers. Took 25 minutes for 2 burgers, fries and a shake, and we were the only ones there. They weren’t even doing take out for uber or anything else. Choose anywhere else.

I’ve ate here before and it was awesome but I went yesterday and service was good the cashiers were very polite. I ate my number 8 combo and towards the end my chicken tender had a red bloody vein and I work with chicken so it’s not that bad but I just didn’t finish it. Waste of $20.

These Johnny Rockets franchise locations in Las Vegas are the worst! This specific location at the Venetian is very poor: frozen beef patty, cold fries, Pepsi soda products and the Milkshake is not even hand mixed. I pretty sure it was soft serve and then blended (think dairy queen shake). After dropping $50.00 we ate half of the food and shake… then threw the rest out!

This is a great restaurant conveniently located in the food court of the Grand Canal Shops. I ate lunch here and was satisfied with my experience. I went up to the restaurant and ordered some french Friesland chicken tenders, which came to me quite quickly. Once I got my french fries and chicken tenders, I sat down in a booth at the food court. I ate my french fries, and they tasted quite good. The chicken tenders I ate also tasted good. After I ate my french fries and chicken tenders, I left the food court. I gave this restaurant five stars because it has good food.

Waited almost 20 mins for only a shake. There was no one in line ahead of us. Well staffed but very slow. Food was sitting there 5-10 mins after being ready without calling customers up. Would not recommend this location.
