Had a delicious meal today from your 46W location. Every dish was prepared with time and care. The pork meat in my pancit was marinated perfectly, was breaded and fried crisp on the outside, and was moist on the inside. The adobo pork was beautifully cooked, the sauces were very well balanced. The crispy pork belly was both crunchy and succulent. Thank you for a wonderful food experience, and for the hard work that went into your food. I am impressed.

Ginger is the most welcoming and accommodating restaurant owner. This is a food truck and has minimal staff, best to plan accordingly and call ahead when you’re on your way. Great food with lots of choices.

The food was outstanding! I had an Asian Rice bowl with tofu and a side of veggie spring rolls. The tofu was perfectly fried and the spring rolls had a great crunch. There was a bit of a wait to get the food, but honestly it was worth the wait. I can’t wait to go back!

Hidden gem. Discovered by accident during a trip to the state park. We tried the Tapsilog, Pancit, and beef Lumpia. Service was polite, efficient and prompt. Very pleased with the quality and authenticity of the meal. Not sure when we’ll be back in town again, but we will definitely return.
