Their cod dinner on Fridays is best fish I’ve had in a long time. They also serve breakfast all day which my Mom loved! If you want alcohol or beer, you won’t get it here, which didn’t bother us. Waitress very good. Will definitely be back again.

I had never been to this little diner right on 51, on the eastern edge of Portage, until I went with a coworker. The portions were large compared to the prices. A “single biscuit and gravy” covered a whole oval plate! It’s definitely a small place with generic booths, wallpaper, etc. I definitely noticed the light covers. They were pictures of jets flying in formation. That wouldn’t stop me from coming back, though.
