We went here for Father’s Day. Sat on the patio out back. We got the seafood nachos and a seafood burrito. Absolutely delicious. Also make sure you try the cactus margarita. OMG. Best ever. A bit pricey but welll worth the extra for a special day.

Juan’s was recommended to us from a friend and we normally go to plaza but we’re excited to try a New Mexican place and now I regret doing so I will NEVER come back here not only can you see from the photos that I ate pretty much nothing on my plate but you can tell the chicken was not properly seasoned I mean it wasn’t seasoned at all the beans tasted like feet, I took maybe a bite off those and the only thing that was half decent was the rice and even the rice wasn’t seasoned the chimichangas were so tiny I maybe took two bites which is relevant for later. I hate being that person who asks for something else or asking to get it taken off the bill but I didn’t even eat a quarter of what was given to me. The server was nice at first until I asked to get it taken off the bill cause I wasn’t even interested in taking the leftovers and he told me normally unless something is wrong with the dish they can’t take it off the bill but that he would talk to his manager. His whole demeanor had changed when he came back he said he could only take 50% off my meal because I had eaten some of it the dish came with two chimichangas and I ate maybe 3/4 of one and that’s only because my partner tried a bite of mine and the only reason he ate his dish was because he smothered it in the hot sauces they had and he even said his chicken was bland and tasteless even the salsa was horrible it literally tasted like a can of crushed tomatoes was put into a bowl with some parsley and slapped on the table, the white salsa was the only redeeming part of the dips, the chips were standard for a Mexican restaurant. When I asked to speak with the manager he said he would get him and then a female manager came over awhile later and said that their policy is if you eat any of the dish even a bite then they can only take 50% off the dish (I assume they have adopted this policy because they get this complaint a lot) and then proceeded to tell me she can’t change it because the manager who our server talked to originally is the general manager and she can’t go above his head to me that is HORRIBLE customer service what decent manager leaves for the day when a customer has a complaint and doesn’t even come over and talk to the patrons and get the gist of what happened and what they can do to improve etc I guess he was just too busy trying to get home and from what I’ve read from other reviews a lot of people complain about the blandness of the food I just don’t get how you consider yourself a Mexican restaurant with bland food how does one mess up chicken??? I mean cmon. If you chose to go here go with CAUTION I’m certainly not going to recommend anyone go here ever. Please take your business to Plaza Azteca or franks monster munchies that’s really good Mexican food and not absolute garbage with horrible customer service.

This burrito was delicious! Came here for dinner and ordered the burrito Pastor. I didn’t know it would be as big as it was, but dang it was tasty with that sauce. The jalapeño’s were pretty spicy, too! The drink was kind of expensive for a mule, but it was really tasty. Would definitely recommend!

My friend and I had an awesome experience at Juan’s yesterday afternoon! Our server, John, was absolutely wonderful! He had great energy, was attentive, and genuinely kind and helpful. The food was simply delicious!!! I ordered the Quesadilla Parmesan and I was as happy as I could be! Thank you so much, John, for making our day better after my friend and I both had such a difficult and challenging day at work. We look forward to seeing you again! I met friends for dinner and our server was great. She was attentive and friendly. The food was really good and served in a timely manner. The hostest greeted us and went to seat us in an area up front that has pretty major leaks in the ceiling. The floor was wet and the booth chose for us was wet and getting dripped on as we stood there. When we mentioned this, she seemed bothered to seat us elsewhere. Other that that I will return as the food and service was really good!

The food is really good. I enjoyed the food I ordered thoroughly. However, the atmosphere feels like a club vibe, the music is so loud that it almost turned us off to eating there. If you plan on conversating with your loved one while eating, you won’t be able to hear them. You almost have to raise your voice. I can understand on a Friday or Saturday night having the volume that high and playing the dance music, but on a Monday evening maybe go with soft Mariachi music? This would most definitely help business.
