Just moved to Dover and figured I would try someplace local. Good pizza is hard to find and had a disappointing experience with another local shop. Have to say the food was great, lady behind the counter super nice and even though they were clearly busy, food came out quick. Will go back there again for sure and happy to know I have found my new pizza joint

Love Kendall Pond pizza but do have to say, the past two times we’ve ordered pizza they have been slightly over cooked. Usually eat all the crust because so yummy but not so much when over cooked. Hopefully temporary problem because really want to stay loyal❤️

I ordered a chicken feta salad, picked it up and found out that they left off the feta when I got home. I called and they offered to allow me to DRIVE back so they could throw some feta on my salad. ummmmm, no. When I complained, they said they would give me a credit. Okay, fine, seemed fair. I am a rewards member, or I was, so I expected to see the credit on my account. The following Wednesday, as per our custom, I was ordering our weekly easy takeout meal and noticed that the credit was not on my account. Given what good customers we are, frequent orders that always include a 20% tip for takeout, I assumed this was a mistake. The person who answered the phone consulted their manager and told me they would give me a five dollar credit because that was waaaaaayyyy more than what feta costs. Hmmmmm, actually, not. As a rewards member I know that I have spent about $1000 there in the last six months. Yeah, the food is decent and easy enough, when they include all of the ingredients. So given that I will never frequent their shop again, I estimate that this particular feta cost them a few thousand dollars over the next few years. Terrible customer service. ps, the chicken was dry as well and the garlic bread was burnt – oh and did I mention I tipped 20% – wow- FYI DOVER location.

The onion rings delivered to me at the counter fell out of the little paper basket onto the counter before I ever got it. She just walked away oh sorry. I will never eat food they dumped on the counter.

Ordered the honey mustard chicken melt as takeout. Got it home and the bread was soaked. Just a pile of soggy mush. It was wrapped with paper, then a paper plate, then more paper. The cheese was stuck to the paper and I had to just throw it away. On top of all that the chicken had absolutely no flavor and I had to add salt to the sub.

I’ll start out by saying the food here is great. I’ve never had issues with my order and the quality is always there. The reason for the three star review is that they charge a ton for a delivery fee and then you have to tip (if you’re a decent person) on top of it. I just purchased two pizzas (one cheese, one with two toppings) for delivery and it came to $50!!! Just to get the pizza here was $11 ($6.00 fee, $5 tip). My next gripe is the rewards program. You basically get $1 for every ten spent and when you hit $100 spent you get a $10 reward, not bad. The irritating part is going to use that reward only to find that it expires after 16 days. That’s really lame. Especially being I went to use it on day 17….

Honestly, this place is my favorite. The pizza is well cooked, has a good amount of sauce and flavor, yet isn’t soggy or greasy. It’s good! The staff are very nice; I’ve never had a problem. Yes, it does take a bit if you order delivery, but it’s probably because they’re so busy. It’s a popular place. I’m guessing that some of the people complaining have never worked in customer service before. I’ve seen the staff in there and they’re often running around trying to do multiple things at once. They’re doing their best. I will continue to give them my business.
