I got the mixed beef sandwich and the chicken one, I think it’s the red October? Absolutely fabulous. Next time I’ll ask for the sweet potato fries well done and honey mustard on the chicken instead of brown/ Deli. Also the beef sandwich was great. Kids had burger buddies, love that they offer the onions sautéed. Free refills at the soda fountain. Come hungry! 4 sandwiches fed 3 people with leftovers for 80 bucks.

Amazing atmosphere, with great food and even better customer service. The 70s sports bar theming goes hard, they were more than accommodating for my gluten-free wife, and it was definitely worth the 8hr drive from Toronto. Overall, 10/10 would def recommend to friend and foe alike.

I’ve been going here with family and friends for over thirty years. When I started going that burger was $5 with fries and all you could drink coke. Now it’s $17.99, no drink. Everything on that table combined for $95. Tastes just as good as 30+ years ago. Always fresh. Always good. Place could use some updating. But worth the trip if you visit Chicago/Skokie.

The highlight of my trips visiting Chicago. This Kosher restaurant is a classic throwback to the past. I love the nostalgia and the fact that everyone knows you there. This all goes without saying that the food is absolutely out of this world delicious!

They have great food and drinks. The employees are very helpful in regards to dietary restrictions. They also have amazing fountain drinks because they increase the amount of syrup and bubbles.

I’m a Philly girl, so I love my steak sandwiches. The Italian beef here is about as close as I can get to the real thing. It’s got amazing! Ambience, the service is friendly, and the food is a good value. I came in 2017 first time, and made a special trip to come here when I returned over memorial Day 2022. Worth the trip to Skokie.
