Worst KFC I’ve ever been to. Crew smokes cigarettes and weed at door by the drive thru and gives 0 fks about you as a person or a customer. We make the drive to Perkiomen ave KFC for way better service and quality food away from riff raff like 5th st highway. If you’re thinking about dining there you better think again. Unless you’re one of their homies then you’ll probably get good service and a hook up.

How is this place still open? The staff that work there are so horrible. Every time I’ve gone they leave me waiting, they don’t know how to serve customers, they always talk to you without politeness. They don’t have everything we ask for most of the time, if you ask for sevi car when you check the food they serve you other things you didn’t ask for. It’s been more than a month since the car service screen has no light and at night you don’t know how to order because you can’t see anything. Finally, I don’t know why they remodeled that place if the most important thing is not working, which is customer service.

This Kentucky is the worst on the planet. I ordered a 12-piece family meal, paid $42.00 and only had thighs and hips. When my husband went to claim they told him that they were not going to give him any chicken because he had not brought the bucket and my husband told him ok sell me the chicken and the manager said no because you came to claim now I won’t sell you anything. And he threatened to call the police. I took the delicacy of carrying the bucket and the manager yelling along with another employee asking me what I was missing. They almost yelled at me. That she knew that they had missed and that it was what I wanted? I kept asking. I answered just give me the chicken that I paid for and you didn’t serve me. The manager wouldn’t stop yelling and I had to take the chicken out and put it on the counter for her to see what she gave me. Awful. The screaming manager said she was not paid enough for this. And I don’t stop screaming and until the moment I left.

Second they had no change so I didn’t even receive all my change, on top of that they Over charged me double what I normally pay. look at this Mac and cheese. Never have I ever went to a kfc and had my Mac and cheese look like str8 water all honesty I gave the food to my dogs. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE YOU HAVE SO MANY MORE OPTIONS. Chicken tenders were very dried out and very hard including the wedges. The young lady ringing me up was courteous but everyone else around her were very unprofessional including management. The establishment was very dirty inside. I have not stepped foot inside for years and I clearly saw how much it has changed. Very disappointed. Missing food items but I refused to go back. Overall it was a very disappointing experience
