Upon walking in with my grandmother, the place was very well-kept, clean and organized. The cashier was very patient and understanding when it came to us ordering our food, the food was made to order no errors or mistakes. The chicken was completely cooked no raw spots whatsoever. so if you need a chicken fix, I highly recommend this one.

Very helpful. Tried hard to keep up with the crowd demand. Just came out of a storm and was up and ready for all the hungry customers who came because they had no power for dinner. Awesome crew. I had chicken strips, and they were hot and fresh.

Stopped in yesterday at least 30-40 minutes after opening time. Long story short, they didn’t have any chicken ready at all. Said it would be about 30 minutes. I, being irritated said that was pretty pathetic being a chicken place. Lady stated their truck was late. She didn’t care for my attitude considering she yelled at me. I left empty handed. I placed an online order went in to the restaurant. They made me wait at least five minutes before they pointed to the area from where I would pick up my order. Since this was my first time ordering online, I had no idea where to go to pick it up. The lady at the counter made me feel stupid and then said is it me as if I should’ve known where to go, you do extremely rude and inconsiderate employees

This KFC needs help. Multiple times I have been ordered from this kfc and the chicken is dry, cold, burnt or mushy like. Stopped today to get lunch on break and was told they only could do a small fry ok no biggy until I started eating the fries and they tasted like they had been sitting since they opened.

Pot pies are currently on special. Stopped in to order one of these and the 2 piece dark meat combo for $6. I was told they were out of fries and had to choose another side. While my payment was processing they said did not have extra crispy thighs. Without even asking me the cashier told them to mix it original & crispy. I was ok with that but would like to have been asked. A gentleman told the cashier they were out of Dr. Pepper and the response was “yeah, I know”. There were only 3 lids for drink cups available and they were all dirty. Then I was told that no pot pies were ready and we’re not even in the oven yet. I told them I would wait the 25 minutes. They still needed crusts applied. I asked if they would have extra crispy ready by then. I was asked if I would take a breast & wing instead. I said, no I want the leg & thigh. At 5pm there should not be a debate on whether to drop more chicken to cook or not.
