They served me old chicken. When I said something about it. The manager insisted it had just come up. Not wanting to go back and forth, it bought it home. The chicken was hard stringy to the point we couldn’t even chew it. I called multiple times, being that they’re a distance from my home. I got no answer. I’m super disappointed to have wasted $30! The chicken was like they were serving another company’s chicken. It’s not like KFC at all. I wasn’t familiar with that flavor at all. I took a video of how horrible that was!

Never pull up to this place! $38 for some nasty chicken! Maybe change your grease once in awhile? Seems like they give you last night’s chicken. dry, tastes like dirty grease. Kids ate the “large” side which was really a “cup” of mashed potatoes. Shut this place down!

The chicken was not thoroughly cooked. In person the chicken has more of a burgundy color. I can’t eat this. The mashed potatoes tasted old. The drive thru was backed up and I was told they only had two people working. This was a waste of $14. The only thing that was good was my drink. The 3 piece meal I paid for was disgusting. The chicken tasted old (like it was sitting for a while) and the biscuit was hard. The coleslaw and sweet tea was the best part of the meal. The chicken ended up in the trash where it belonged. I know it’s a slow night bc it’s Valentine’s Day but customers shouldn’t suffer with disgusting food. And yes, I’m doing the survey so management can be aware since my dinner was ruined by nasty food.

So I just finished eating at KFC. I bought 2 three-piece dinners at 12:30 pm and the chicken was rank! My sister was only able to eat 1 piece but thought her gum made the taste off so she ate some fries then only a few bites out of her the chicken And complained that it was off… I however had hot sauce smeared all over the chicken and ate 2 pieces before noticing that the chicken tasted off!!
