This is the closest KFC to me, but sometimes going to another one takes less time. Employees are awesome, place is clean, but I generally have to wait an hour past when the order was submitted and have multiple substitute items due to things frozen, or not available. I don’t mind it if I am in no rush, and sometimes the substitute items are good

We ordered two buckets for a family gathering. We planned dinner around the expected delivery time. We never received it though we were charged for it and also changed delivery fees and a $10 tip. We tried to call kfc to resolve it. After being on hold for an hour during our dinner with family, we were told that we would get a refund but it would be awhile. What does that even mean? I’d recommend Chik fil A or Canes instead. Avoid kfc!

I went through drive-thru, so atmosphere, I cannot comment. Unfortunately the food wasn’t very good. Both chicken and Cole slaw lacked taste, chicken was soggy and super bony…just not very good, especially for $30.

Good service. It’s just KFC chicken has gone down hill. The prices are high to me. The quality isn’t there like it used to be. I was standing at the counter waimy turn and one of the workers were standing back by the food station and playing with his phone. Not a good thing for customers to see.

The store post to be open until 10 pm they closed at 9…. Cancelled are ordered after waiting 30 minutes! They just don’t care…. I hope the owner will see this review because this is not the first time it happened!!!!

It’s dirty and shows signs of disrepair. I waited over 30mins on fries and when I asked why it was taking so long the manager got rude with me. She said it’s just 2 of us in here while there was 4 employees clearly in sight.
