It appeared that nobody wanted to help the customers. I sat at the drive-thru for good 5 minutes or longer no response on the speaker so I went inside stood at the counter and there was someone at the drive-thru window yelling across the store to another employee saying there is someone at the counter. And that employee called that other employee across the store at least three times before someone came to the counter well she stood there talking to a third employee. Got to shake my head on that one.

Went to get lunch at 10:30 since that’s when online said they opened. Waited 10 minutes in the drive through before pulling around and waiting at the window for someone to acknowledge me. Some kid finally got off his phone and told me that they can’t serve me since their boss isn’t there. I told him that it didn’t make sense since they’ve been open for 10 minutes now and he said since his boss isn’t in yet they’re unable to do anything. I asked when she’d be back, he said he didn’t know she left to go to the bank and wasn’t sure when she’d be back. I’ve been in food before and know my fair share of last minute banks runs, but I never made one without another manager on shift and if there wasn’t one I made sure to do it before we opened. It’s very poor time management and service on their part. I understand things happen but there should be no reason that you can’t open at the time you’re supposed. You’re supposed to have scheduled to you to prep and do bank runs before the store opens. Very poor management.

I wish I did not even have to give it a star because it doesn’t deserve it. Neither does the manager. I think his name is Michael very rude and very ignorant. Trying to force me to use a touchpad to order and I made a statement that I don’t like to use also, he’s like too bad, because that’s the way of the future deal with it attitude and very unprofessional very horrible customer service I would never ever go back there again. So I called to ask for the corporate phone number. I had to ask four times and then the lady hangs up on me.

We went to get an offer with a coupon and they denied it. They said the coupon was to be use on line only. We went to a different KFC and got our meal with no problem and we were able to use the coupon. Too bad to lie customers like that.
