The staff is amazing really nice and fast shout out to Soto the food came fast the food is nothing special it’s your typical fast food chicken place every thing was cleaned as soon as someone left it was very clean (including the bathroom) this should be the standard for every kfc but it not so I applaud them for doing better then the rest so I give this a 4/5

I never leave reviews but this was so bad I just had to share this experience. If I could give a zero star I would. Absolutely just a mess. This is the most soggy, oily, undercooked fried chicken I’ve ever had. I wouldn’t even call it fried chicken. Just go anywhere else and have any other chicken…and save $30. The whole bucket went into the garbage.

This has to be the worst KFC location in the history of KFC. The employees don’t care, they are hanging out with their friends, the place was a disaster and felt completely unsafe being there. Waited so long for my food that I just left, the people hanging out kept giving me looks and laughing with each other.

OK so here’s the thing. My customer service experience was 5 ⭐️. My wings were fresh out of the grease and steaming hot. However, I ordered honey BBQ and the indicator on the menu board showed that they were not hot. Well, the wings I was served are . So much so until we could not eat them. I’m so hurt because they are good and fresh and hot!!! Just tooooo spiiiicccyyyyy!!!! . Anyway, I will go back again but I think I’ll stick to my favorite, the chicken pot . Or, I’ll order the plain wings with the sauce on the side.
