Said it was an 18 min wait for extra crispy breast. I decided to wait. They gave me a free dessert. Got home and I had all non extra crispy thighs. Very disappointing. I splurge one good meal a paycheck. Got burned on this one but the staff was very nice!

Signs all over the exterior saying come inside for mobile orders. Front door locked. I arrived early and waited for over 10 min. The point of mobile ordering is so I dont have to wait. I’m tired of KFC getting orders wrong, being out of chicken, etc. You failed and I want my money back. I also want $35 for the time I wasted in my life waiting for your failed business model. I feel I might have to start a major social media campaign to either get you guys to pull it together or just go away for good. I have contacted KFC customer service but I do not expect a reply. I intend to call KBP Foods, your corporate office, Monday and demand not only that your manager on duty be reprimanded, but also that the entire KBP Foods Online Ordering service be reviewed. If the food cannot be ready on time it should not be an available time for pick up. Additionally, if signage states to pick up inside, then the FRONT DOOR SHOULDNT BE LOCKED.

So i ordered 2 extra crispy drums and Nashville hot chicken little. Ended up getting 1 drum and 1 breast sopped in grease not crispy at all. Honestly the 6 piece you can get frozen from the grocery store is better than what i got and cheaper. As far as my Nashville hot? They put a little sauce on the bread and called it a day. Definitely not worth your time or money

If you want to wait 45 minutes to get half cooked chicken and have 16 people get waited on in front of you, and then be told they are out of biscuits and Cole slaw, this is the place to go. Then I get out to car in the dark and notice they forgot to give me the french fries they substituted. Go back in and had to wait for them to get out of fryer. Then I get home and guess what, no gravy. I know everyone is short handed but really people. When I spend $50 for dinner I expect better than this. I stood there for 45 minutes, never complained and even ran out to my car and got you $20 in change so you could give the guy that came in 25 minutes after me his change. Oh he got his Cole slaw and biscuits as did the other 15 people who came in after me. Not acceptable service or food.

This is the worst KFC I have ever been too, the people were horrible, the in charge Was the most horrible, I spent $74.00 and they told me , we don’t have any chicken and it will be 16 minutes,,, after waiting for 33 minutes, I ask about my order, and was told (oh, it will be more time so go back to your car and wait. The young staff are rude and downright trying to turn guests away. I’ve never dealt with more constant ruder staff. No one will greet you and be mad if you ask if theyre ready no matter what. Have been argued with several times with just by asking if they are ready for an order when they aren’t even busy. Don’t go.
