Terrible!!! waited almost 15 minutes never got my food. I didn’t realize I could pay with my credit card and the order never be received in the kitchen. Not sure if it’s relevant but all 6 customers of another race ordered there food after we did got there food before I went to the counter asking what happened to mine.

This is the 3rd time I have gotten cold to had missing items and I even scheduled it for a later time to see if I would still get cold food–yes. It was absolutely cold no excuses so it’s supposed to be hot. This is just a disgrace I’m fed up with this store. I’m tired of hearing excuses and empty apologies! My business is going to popeye’s!

When I came in to pick up my order they told me I should find a way to cancel it, because they are out of all sandwiches. Sure I can deal with that, so I asked to get something else and everything I said he told me it will be a 25 min wait. I told him clearly you just don’t want me to order something and he never said anything to it. So I left….I really wouldn’t advise ordering from here. If you can’t be decent to a customer, you know good and well they don’t care about the quality of food. And the many one star reviews they have kinda shows it.

My fiance brought me home a bucket of chicken because it was what I was craving. Should have sent him to Popeye’s instead. Every piece was burnt and dry af. Ended up feeding most of it to the cats. U never get what at this location. Always check ur order before pulling off. How do u order chicken then they give u an empty box with no chicken with just the sides and even those were wrong. It took 3 times for them to correct the order…..
