I know this place struggles with staffing, but it has too many issues to make it worth going there. Went for the first time in a long while today…. What used to be a $5 fill up box with 3 tenders, a biscuit, drink, and a cookie, is now $8.29 but with no cookie. The tenders are also about half the size they were a year or two ago(see pic). They were out of pot pies, and they “weren’t providing receipts “ when I asked for one..

They were closing at 8 a day before Thanksgiving……had nothing to serve anyone with either a half hour towards close. What ever happend to dropping fresh food to order? This is not how you run a fast food business. No wonder the reviews here are all bad. Might want to change how things are ran there or it’s going to shut down soon.

This kfc literally always causes issues. I ordered a three piece box and then two large sides of macaroni and cheese. Had my husband check it this time because the day before they gave us the wrong order. Neither of the macaronis were in there. He drives back around the line to get the macaronis and they say they are out. It would’ve been great to know that upon ordering instead of just hearing it after you didn’t give it to me, and I had to drive back around. That’s actually just ridiculous service. If you’re not going to give people what they order, at least be upfront about it so we could go somewhere else immediately instead of having to do the run around with lazy workers who aren’t really out of anything they just don’t want to make it.
