There is no quality in the food. Totally disappointing and we would never come back. Honestly it is not clear for me what happen to the KFC here in the Kentucky. KFC is doing great in other countries but here it is not worthy to try. It is not only about this particular branch.

Great food but it was a little bit pricey. I was pretty disappointed to find out that they don’t serve chicken livers anymore which is a personal favorite of mine. This particular location is split with the Wendy’s and a convenience store so it could be a little crowded at times but the service there was excellent the staff is very friendly so I definitely recommend this location.

Very slow getting our food. Friendly service but took about 25 minutes to receive our dine inside $20 box and two waters. There was no one in front of us when we went inside. The floors of the restaurant really needed swept.

My family saw the sign for kfc on the interstate and decided to stop on our drive home to Illinois to get food quick. We got there at 9:30 and they were open until 10pm and when we went in to use the bathroom and eat they told us we had to go thru the drive thru so we left and tried to order meals thru the drive thru but they said they were out of biscuits and weren’t going to make anymore even though it was still well before closing. I asked if I still had to pay full price if they weren’t going to give me all the food I was buying and they said yes it would be full price. I asked for the managers name so I could file a report with corporate and they refused to give me even their first name. What terrible customer service and if I owned this franchise and had employees like this working for me I’d get rid of them immediately. Owner this happened at 9:30 pm on Thursday 7/27/23

Don’t get lured in because of the play place! This place is very dirty the floors the bathrooms the playset absolutely disgusting! The actual KFC them selves we’re out of five different sides which is just unheard of. The chicken tender smoky mountain barbecue sauce was unevenly distributed and overall wasn’t worth it I wish I could get my $11.11 back! Definitely not coming back. Time to go shower.

Good place to get a bucket of chicken. I made use of placing an ordering online, which went well. Food was ready when promised, hot and tasty as expected. Sitting is minimal as this is a combo Pizza Hut/KFC.
