At drive through my husband ordered one meal as white meat and one as dark meat. Got home both were dark meat. I called them as he was on his way back. A rude person said she remembered him and he asked for two meals of a leg and thigh. First he didn’t order by piece (leg and thigh). Second he would never have ordered a dark meat meal for me. The person on the phone would NOT admit to their mistake. So now he’s driving back over to get the correct meal while his meal (the dark meat gets cold). The person on the phone should never be allowed to answer the phone with her attitude. We’re done. Can’t wait until Bojangles opens

This place should get 0 stars. A few months ago I went through the drive thru. The woman working was rude and was rushing me, so I chuckled because I was so thrown off by her demeanor. She said, “What’s funny?”. I said, “What’s funny is you’re extremely rude for no reason, at this point I don’t even want anything.” and she told me fine get out of her drive thru line. I asked what her name was and she told me again to get out of her line. I pulled up to the window because I noticed a man was working the window. I asked him for her name, and he told me that she said come inside if I wanted to know her name. I think she was insinuating that she wanted to fight me? Anyway, I called corporate and was assured that the situation would be handled.

STAY AWAY!!! Bojangles on Hilliard-Rome Rd south about 1.5 miles opens soon! Very expensive dog food. This KFC’s food was inedible. I went there at 12:38pm thinking food would be fresher during lunch rush. Boy was I mistaken. Ordered 8 PC meal original with coleslaw & mashed potatoes. I don’t know what type of chicken they gave me because it was so old, dry & almost black in color. I could not eat it. I tried because I paid a lot for it, but no, it was just too disgusting. I pealed off what little meat I could from the nasty skin and gave it to the dog. The biscuits were so old & hard they tasted like sawdust. The slaw and potatoes were good. And oddly enough the service was good although she did not give me a receipt and I guess that’s because she doesn’t me to try to get a refund knowing what they were handing out. Now I eat a lot of chicken and used to go to this KFC a lot before they got new staff in that just don’t care. This KFC had only been open for 2 hours and the food I got was way older than that. I honestly think it was left over from the night before. The KFC on W. Broad street used to be the worst, but from what the staff told me, a lot of the new managers and staff are from the Broad street location. Go figure. All it takes is a staff that doesn’t care about doing their jobs to destroy a once thriving business. Look what happened to the Steak & Shake down the road. Same thing. And once Bojangles opens down the street KFC should just shut it down. Nobody goes there now anyway. At least no repeat customers.

The store looks abandoned! From the missing sign to the discoloration of the building and paint peeling off. The food doesn’t get much better from there! How can a chain restaurant looks this bad in a pretty nice part of town?!

They are DISGUSTING! One of the workers treated me the worst way and i had to wait for more than 1 HOUR! The Mac and Cheese is burned, the mashed potatos had no sauce, one of the workers, when i said “Hello?” She shouted at me “ONE MOMENT!!” After 10 minutes i said “Hello?” again and she shouted at me VERY loudly “ONE MOMENT!!!!!” i left the drive-thru i went inside, i waited 1 hour, no one NOT EVEN A SINGLE PERSON asked what my order was. The experience was bad, i will NEVER order from KFC ever again, Hilliard KFC.

This is by far the worst KFC ever. I was served some old stale fries that was overly salted. How do I end up with old stale fries at 11:00 o’clock in the morning when they just open. ? Lazy service has gone downhill and they rush you while you’re placing a order. UNACCEPTABLE
