I always HATE eating inside a KFC as they are usually nasty sticky and hot ….I had no choice this time as I was having to wait on someone and so I went in and to my SURPRISE the place was spotless, cold and I couldn’t find a sticky surface anywhere…even around the drink machine…an elderly woman named Elizabeth was behind the counter and greeted me with a smile, got my order right and had it in my hand in about 2 minutes and went to the dining room to eat (and wait) and this woman was constantly recleaning and sweeping especially after someone got up from a table…I would recommend this location for sure. The store manager here is doing something other stores should learn from! Now the chicken itself was not quite on par and was dry…I think that’s a function of being so late in the day and the chicken dries out? Seems to always be good at lunch and not as good later in the day no matter which KFC I go to.

Tracy, please train your employees on proper customer service. They speak as if they hate life and don’t have time for the customers! I placed an order for 4 people and was only told about a wait on the food when I pulled to the window (nobody else in line or in the store). The tone I received during the time I placed the order was an immediate turn off and when I asked for the managers information, the woman exclaimed Tracy, pointed at the window and walked away. Again, lack of proper customer service at this location needs immediate attention.

I have enjoyed and loved KFC for close to 60 years. My favorite has always been the 2pc snack box, all dark, original. It came with mashed potatoes and a biscuit. KFC no longer carries it. You can only get one if you pay for the drink, that now comes with it as a combo. If you order it without the drink, it’s the same price as with the drink. The drink must be worth something because when I asked for the free drink, only, they refused to serve it to me. I tried two different KFC stores, same result at both. Time for Church’s.

Ordered the new 8 piece meal for $23.26, the chicken was ok, potatoes were ok, but the fries were over cooked and old, the biscuits were hard and crumbly and old, could not eat either one. Why would your workers serve old food?
