If you’re looking for incompetence, you’ve come to the right place. They messed up every part of the order, the manager also is insistent that the Nashville hot combo doesn’t exist and everything must be charged individually. Even then they couldn’t be bothered to even put the right seasoning on it or anything. It’s honestly sad if kfc is too complicated of a job and how this guy made it to “manager” given his lack of basic customer service let alone menu knowledge is literally astounding. The pictures only reference half this order but they screwed up the whole thing.

DON’T GO HERE!!!! So I read all the horrible reviews about this place and decided to go anyway because it was the only place with fried chicken open late.. well I waited forever in the drive through and the man taking orders gave me such an attitude and said KFC was already closed online stated they are open until 12am and I showed up at 10pm. This guy apparently is very unhappy in life and can’t even do a simple job, he definitely doesn’t deserve to be getting paid minimum wage.. pathetic. I WOULD NOT EVEN GIVE THIS PLCE ONE STAR. It’s very sad how incompetent this locations employees are.

If I could give this a negative star rating I most definitely would…. Last night since my friend and i had teeth pulled we decided mashed potatoes would be good. After getting our food we parked to eat it. She took 4 bites of the potatoes and the bottom of the cup blew out. It was all over my car, her and the surrounding parking space. The doors were locked, I showed them the bottom of the cup so they opened the door. I spoke to the manager he all but believed us after he saw her walk in covered in potatoes. He practically called me a liar after he saw her come back from changing into clothes I just had in my car. I demanded a refund, he asked for my receipt. However I was not given a receipt in the drive through, how ironinc… Needless to say he finally refunded the potatoes. That doesn’t change the fact that the cup blew out. That she was incredibly hungry and he had horrible people skills refusing to replace it. I will never ever go to this one again, if possible I would recommend going to a different restaurant. I’m definitely going to write the regional manager and the corporate office.

Poor service nightime employee talked too fast through drive thru. He didn’t even ask me what kind of chicken I like and he mixed it with original and crispy. He didn’t ask if I needed butter or honey and he didn’t have my drinks ready. I had to tell him what my drinks were and to give them to me. He should not run no drive thru.

No one pays attention. If you walk in after 8pm you can just jump behind the counter and grab a free drink. I’ve done it 3 times now. If you need some money this would be the easiest place to rob. If anyone actually sees you they won’t care.

They advertised the $20 fill up and that’s what I asked for instead they gave an 8peice meal that was 3.00 more and then the cashier charged me for an extra side asked talk to a manager Alberto was argumentative was not wanting to adjust my cost just he told me that they didn’t offer that anymore and said they didn’t have a button then when I asked for his name he just kept asking me why and he just kept asking for my name. Very rude I would give zero stars if it was an option

Absolute worst experience at a drive through!!! Manager is a POS that will say “no” and give you attitude if you ask to add a side onto your food when you pull up at the window.
