I used to work at a KFC/AW and came in asking for what I used to get, an orange float in an ice cold mug. Turns out they didn’t have the mugs here. That’s fine I say, just an orange float in a cup then please. They rang it up, I paid for it, they made it and gave it to me. I ran out of soda so I go to the fountain… and there’s no orange soda button. I’m confused, so I ask and THEY MADE ME ONE WITH A SODA IN THE BACK. Above and beyond.

Went thru the drive thru around 6:40 ordered just a ck pot pie. Was eating it in my job parking lot when I choked on a ck BONE! I coughed so hard I threw up and I’m sure you don’t want a pic of that! Won’t be going back to this one!!

I actually really like KFC, but the chain has decreased in quality over the years. I think a lot of it has to do with decreased traffic. I had lunch here today, and the chicken was really dry, as if it had been under the heat lamps all day. This store is poorly maintained. The soda machine wasn’t working correctly.
