Absolutely amazing Viet-Tex BBQ! Everything we ordered was executed to perfection. Whole Hog Bánh Cuốn and the Nước Mắm fish sauce caramel ice cream were my favorites! The brisket was moist and had a great bark. The papaya salad was extremely refreshing. The Bò Lá Lốt sausage links were very unique. Don’s crew had the line moving swiftly. Complimentary water bottles and beers are always a nice touch. Plenty of free street parking. Can’t wait for the next event!

Great brisket pho and beef rib curry but the pop up process could be better. Wish preorders and regular orders didn’t have to wait in the same line and wish it didn’t take over an hour for pick up
