The server was not rude but passive with bare minimum effort. She got our order wrong. Once we brought that to her attention, she didn’t care. She didn’t try to fix it. I told her miso soup came with the orders. She said no, they don’t. I picked up the menu and confirmed it with Justin. Called her back over and explained that to her. She’s like, okay. Justin had to ask her twice before she was like, “Do you want me to bring soup out?”. The soup that she brought out wasn’t even incorporated all the way. Wasn’t worth it at all. The rest of the food was average at best. She had a lazy attitude and demeanor. I’ve been a server for a long time. It’s not that hard to treat people with kindness and give a basic level of customer service. In all, it was definitely not worth the money we spent or the time we took to drive out there.

If you love yakisoba and udon, this tofu yaki udon is the best I’ve ever tasted. I love the crust and the taste around the cube tofu. The udon noodles are nice and soft and chewy in a good way, the veggies goes good with this as well! This is by far my favorite meal from Kobe

This place is not worth one star. It is gross!!! This was an online order/pick-up. When brought home, the sauce was missing for the spicy chicken appetizer which tasted like something I should have been feeding to my dog, and the Pad Thai was missing tofu not to mention the chicken tasted like it had been marinating in fish sauce for a few days ( I could not even eat the meal and I love Pad Thai!) When I called, after speaking to two managers, they insisted everything was put in the order because they packed it, that nothing was wrong with their food and if I wanted something done to bring the food back. The managers were rude and not helpful, the conversation was not at all congenial, courteous, or customer service based, and absurdly enough one of the managers hung up on me just to end the phone call(I showed respect the entire time). Bottom line, this place sucks in all aspects!!

Good food, clean, Just didn’t like that if you have a party of 6 people they charge you more. Which sucks. You would this for bringing in your party for good business they wouldn’t do that.. Think it’s 20% more. Didn’t like that they have TVs on. When I take my family out for dinner we like no screen time to chat and catch up. But with TVs on with a not so family friendly channels, Was a bit off setting.

I’ve been to this place a couple of times now and have been very impressed. They were busy both times I’ve been, and with good reason. They have a very friendly staff and an expansive menu that caters to almost everyone. Including vegetarian options. The restaurant is clean and I appreciate the steps they take with social distancing. The decorations are stylish and the vibe of the place is very peaceful and lovely, especially with the dim lighting. This place blows me away every time from the service to the perfection of their flavorful food. Each bite is like a symphony in your mouth that leaves you craving more.

Stopped in for a quick lunch. The menu is reasonably priced, and the food so delicious. Portions were big enough to be filling without left overs which is ideal. I was surprised by the Thai Tea. It was sweet and very refreshing. The staff were also very friendly and served the our order quickly although it was moderately busy.

I got the sushi tower and shrimp yakisoba. All was so delicious! Evelynn was my waitress and she helped me decide what sake would be delicious. She was great. Honestly, everyone that I had an interaction with was super friendly and helpful. Give this crew a pay raise, they deserve it! Not every customer will tip them the amount they deserve.
