We were there last week and had some lunch meat and cheese sliced. Julia was working in the deli, and you need to give this lovely lady a good large raise!! She took care of us, and went above and beyond by putting paper between the slices of cheese to keep them from sticking together and tearing. She was so nice and friendly, even making suggestions on some of the meats we had not ate yet. She sprayed the slicer and cleaned it between types of meats and cheeses. She had her mask on and used gloves. Very clean counters and displays were nicely arranged.

I love their baked goods. I occasionally buy other items but not that often. I like their fresh sliced meat and cheese, but I find that the items I want are sold out (sometimes for days/weeks) quite often.

I have been shopping at this Kroger since the 70’s. Continually they disappoint me. First the lady working self checkout goes MIA when I asked someone where she went they said “she went to the bathroom” are you kidding me? Who is covering her position? “Sir everyone has to go to the bathroom she will be right back…” Went to service desk that was a disaster. They were too busy answering employee questions rather than servicing the customer. I get home to melted ice cream and a whole lot of frustration. Sad to say I really should be mad at myself and give myself one star for continuing to shop here. They aren’t the only game in town!
