Asked for Krystals with cheese plain. Specified no onions and requested them to make fresh krystals and not scrape the onions off of old ones. The lady refused and after some back and forth conversation she was very rude and beligerent when I informed her that scraping onions off was unacceptable and I informed her that I should be able to request fresh krystals on a clean grill as I have at many other loactions before. She informed me that that was just the way this location did it and rudely said that I can just go and have myself a good day. She then hung up speaking to me over the intercom. Very lazy in my opinion and very very rude. Side note: There were no other customers in sight and the business continued to be empty as I sat in the parking lot to type this review. Now empty for over 20 minutes. Only employee cars in the side drive thru. 4/21/2023, 2:30 pm Location Springfield, Tn.

There should be an option to give zero stars, as this store was abysmal this afternoon. After ordering and moving up to the window to pay, we were ignored for a full 10 minutes by the worker focusing all her time on her visible tablet. Finally two other workers handled the payment and gave us the food.
