I love this place! Have been coming here with my family for 20+ years. Really tasty local Japanese food…chicken katsu, teri chicken, teri beef and shrimp tempura is consistently good. Fair portions for the cost considering inflation. Customer service is friendly and efficient…Sato is the best! Their bar is right next door to the dining room so it can get kind of loud… it’s part of the personality of the place.

Came in with a bunch of friends and was pleasantly surprised . We had a party of four and ordered the Ohana Style meal for two plus the nabeyaki saimin. We got to sample a good variety of local Japanese food and even had some leftovers! The staff was so nice and friendly and parking was easy. Great find in Waipahu.
