I really liked this place! I heard it was having a reopening and that they offered more Vietnamese food. My partner and I got the Lunch menu. You get the entree, fried rice, and a spring roll with a drink. I had the Shrimp with Cashew and my partner had the Shrimp with Lobster Sauce. We also shared an iced Vietnamese coffee which was strong, creamy and tasty! I wish the serving was larger but I liked it still. My food was hot and flavorful and not overwhelming. The shrimp was cooked well and I loved the veggies that were fresh and cooked perfectly. The rice was also good too. The drink selection is limited to different cans and bottles of soda/tea, but we also got cups of ice to pour them in. The place is unpretentious in its furnishings which I liked! They also give you large servings, I almost didn’t finish mine. I want to try the sandwiches next along with the Vietnamese fried rice. Definetly recommend this place, and you should also try the other places nearby.

The fried rice is so light and delicious! The protein is definitely high quality and the vegetables are fresh. The portions are large and heaping. Staff is beyond friendly and professional. We are treated with a smile every time we come in. Only down side is that this place isn’t open 24/7!

First they messed up and gave us someone else’s order. We returned it and they rebagged it then gave it to the customer who ordered it. They gave me my order and the food is cold. No sauce for sweet and sour chicken except this tiny little thing in the pic they claim is the correct amount. Won’t be going back again. Very disappointed.

I have been ordering food from here since 2010. The food is still as full of clean crisp flavor now as it was then!! Worth the struggle of fighting for parking at times if it’s that time of day. I had forgotten about this hidden gem until a year ago. My oldest then reminded me. Blessed to have passed along a great family choice.

Just a simple family restaurant. Quick food. I literally order on the freeway and it is ready when I get there. 10-15 min. Huge quantity and great taste. Cheaper and better than Panda.

Very good food and friendly service. The lunch specials are a lower price than similar Chinese restaurants and comes with a choice of canned beverages. I am always full and satisfied.

I have been coming here for nearly 4 years. Because of work I hadn’t been in about a month and a half. So I went this afternoon 03/14/23. I was very disappointed. Apparently the original husband and wife left about 3 weeks ago and a new couple took over. I always get the chicken and broccoli. It was always fresh chicken was cooked white clean rice was firm and broccoli snapped and the containers were always crammed full. I get home today and find just the opposite. The containers weren’t even 3/4 full. The rice was sticky slimy and off white the chicken looked like beef, brown shriveled and in round lumps, the broccoli was small limp and felt like it had been soaking in something for hours. The taste was non-existent. It was bland and had no taste at all. After only two mouthfuls I scrapped my plate in the garbage and sat very unhappy. I’m gonna say this was a one off. Maybe a bad day. Maybe just a fluke. I’m gonna try one more time and see what happens. But if tonight’s meal is any indication of how the new owners cook I probably won’t be going back ever again, which will be disappointing as I spent months looking for a good Chinese take out. Being from the Northeast originally I’m used to New York style take out. Panda Express and others like it don’t do it for me. A small family owned place is best. Kwan n Wok was my number 1 for years. I’m hoping this was just some mistake and not the new norm for this restaurant. For this visit if I could have posted a negative star I would have. I’ll post an update after my next visit. Best wishes to all.

I ordered my usual from a different state, thought it would be the same. Boy was I wrong, this soup made all soups jealous. I’m now going to brag to everyone how good this soup is.

It used to be my favorite spot for chinese food. But now its gone. Ingredients are not fresh and the taste is definitely different. I ordered 5 items and everthing is not good enough. Super sad.

I ordered shrimp fried rice and the rice, egg rolls, and sweet and sour chicken. The rice was over cooked, the egg rolls were burned and the sweet and the chicken was too hard. I won’t ever order from this place again….
