stop in for classic European sandwiches right here in Boulder. this reminds me of traveling in Alsace, with little hints of Germany, France and Switzerland. by far, the best thing happening here was the laugenbrot. the sandwiches we had were both served on it. This took me back to bites at the train station and was a welcome memory. That said the flavors were a bit bland for an American pallette, prices were quite high relative to what you would pay in Europe, and the service was more akin to European in tone. The shop had plenty of amazing things to bring home and make your European moments authentic. one should expect to pay a bit more for this in the middle of the US, and of course, the Boulder tax. I look forward to returning and updating my reviews over time.

The most lovely deli and shop! Their homemade onion soup is so delicious. We love coming here for their selections of cheeses and pate for when we have friends over. Love getting to practice some French in the shop as well.

My two roommates and I happened upon this place after craving sandwiches this morning, and we cant be happier. Not only are the ingredients fresh and delicious, but the customer service and the experience we had tops the majority of locations in Boulder. The man behind the counter was extremely kind, pleasant, and genuine, and he deserves the recognition he has so far received. We will absolutely be returning.

@lefrigoboulder is easily one of the best sandwich places in Boulder. It’s a cute shop with a lot of good products. There’s a cheese room, frozen sausages and meats, and a chilled case with prosciutto and other charcuterie.

I did not have the confidence to try paella on my own, but one day when shopping for cheese at le frigo, they recommended a paella mix, and rice, and some spicy sausage and I attempted it for the first time with great success. It is now a family favorite and actually quite easy to make with the ingredients from the deli. Staff is always friendly and willing to help and as others have said that cheese selection and variety of sandwiches is amazing. I also appreciate the smattering of French pastries and international candies and treats.

Anyone who gives this place less than five stars has IMPOSSIBLY high standards — like, really? What more could you possibly want? I’ve tried probably 7 of their sandwiches by now and 3 of the pastries. Everything is incredible. Picking a favorite sandwich is nearly impossible, but I have to say the Catalan and Le Deviled (limited time I think, but I’d like to request it stay on the menu please!) are two standouts. The chocolate financier is my favorite pastry. If you order for pickup like I usually do (I always have my dog with me and can’t have her wait in the car in the heat!), an employee told me it’s best to order off their website instead of a third-party app. Will be doing that from now on!

Absolutely amazing food is great and the drinks are amazing. The bakery is always sold out because it is so good! Not a lot of seating , but you can make it work. The people and staff are very friendly as well. Would recommend!!

This is a delightful shop. Great sandwiches, amazing cheese selection and of course french baguettes. Super friendly, I feel like it is the little shop on the corner in Paris.

Absolutely fantastic sandwiches. The Le Frigo is so simple and fantastic. I did it with a pretzel bun, but the baguette is pretty darn awesome too. Also the Catalon was phenomenal. We actually took a bite and then went back and bought another one because it was so damn good.

I ordered a regular croissant, brie cheese, and the Catalan sandwich. They all were bon appetit! The cheese is the freshest you can find at any market and the bread on both the croissant or sandwich were made really well. The place was not too busy and the service was excellent!
