This place is great. Portions are huge and it’s so close to the outlet mall. I’d rather eat legit barbecue than the fast food options around. They are in the back or a great local bar and there is a nice outdoor seating area. Ryan is friendly and he is passionate about his brisket.

I had the barbecue brisket sandwich and my friend had the pulled pork sandwich. Both were delicious and on point with great portions. We sampled the burnt ends and it was incredible!! We got a chance to meet the owner who was very attentive and friendly and got everything perfect! Thank you, we’ll be back again!!!

These food pictures did not at all resemble my experience. It’s a trailer in an empty yard behind a bar. Can’t see the food before ordering. I got the sampler plate. $22. I got two piles of dried out tasteless chopped meat on a plate. They had no sides, just bags of potato chips. Lesson learned. Always ask to see the food before ordering even if it’s not out.

Amazing food and very generous portions! My husband, the in-laws, and I came to eat here on a day that no one wanted to get the kitchen dirty, and we were so impressed! The fatty brisket was to die for, and the beans and potato salad were amazing. Highly recommend, and we will definitely be back when we are in that neck of the woods again.

I have had A LOT of Texas BBQ throughout my life and this has got to be some of the best I have ever had! The sauce is amazing, the meat is perfectly cooked, and there is just the right amount of smoke flavor. ProTip: request the pork belly burnt ends ahead of time and don’t skimp on the sides!
