Pizza does not have to be a greasy piece of junk. The dough is fine but I had to dry the grease to eat this. Probably their pepperoni is not their best but I don’t know if I’d try again. See pictures.

My wife and I recently visited Boston and it’s surrounding areas. On our last evening traveling back from Cape Cod, we stopped by Leone’s where we ordered meatball and Italian subs and a salad. It is a very simple no frills restaurant and the staff was second to none. Very quick with our order and although we were short a couple of bucks, handed over the food with a smile and told us to enjoy! Great locally owned Italian restaurant that I would highly recommend, especially if you are in a hurry and patronize top notch service.

Nothing but love for this Somerville institution. Ordered three 1/2 sheets for my son’s birthday and they were accidentally picked up by someone else right before I got there. I only had to wait ~15 min for them to remake the order and they offered me a free slice while I was waiting (which I obviously accepted).

This place has considerably gone downhill. Italian subs once stuffed in the past now have little to no stuffing. Hardly any pickles, tomatoes, onions, hots. Ended up having to add all of these when I got home. 2nd time I made this mistake returning which was worse. I will never return again. Quality horrible and expensive for what little you get.

A pretty classic spot. Really good pizza. The dough is fluffy and soft, the cheese is tasty, and the sauce is amazing. A Leone’s tray is a birthday tradition, and it’s an institution for very good reason.

The Sicilian is the best. Just had the steak n cheese, forgot how much I love the way they make that too. One of the last great Somerville Landmarks. I’ve been loving these pizzas for twenty years, and I was late to the party. Get them while you can.

Good place for pizza and subs but their online ordering system needs huge improvement. Ordered their fried meatball subs online but since they didn’t allow me to choose toppings, I assumed that they would put all the toppings. However, when I got my sub, there were only meatballs in it, and I had to ask to get more toppings. Since I couldn’t see the list of toppings, I was only able to get onions and pickles with no condiments, and it was very dry and bland overall. Definitely recommend not using their own website; instead use third party apps like GH.

Pizza was ok, Probably my own fault as I meant to order a Sicilian Pizza but I must of ordered a regular pizza. It was good but not what I wanted. Will definitely be back to try the Sicilian Pizza .
