The pizza is always good! They have a nice variety. What I love most is how focused they are on the kids in the community. From reading programs to first jobs. Great family atmosphere and food is prepared pretty quickly!

We went to the lions den pizza tonight for supper in Marshall. The pizza was phenomenal but that’s not all. We had the buffet and it was pretty great. We were the only ones in there and the owner came out.

Food came out kinda slow to buffet, but the customers increased quickly while we were there. Way smaller dining area than I had expected! Once the food hit the buffet it was obviously super fresh, but depleted instantaneously!! What we had was good. Regular and thicker crust pies were really good! The really thin was not to my liking…personal preference only, didn’t get to try what looked like “Detroit style”. Super small salad bar, but fresh and good, cold temperature. We will definitely go again…nothing like this really left in Terre Haute and I always prefer Mom & Pop places.

Well everyone is right you can’t get a refill here they’re too busy playing on their phones or talking. Price is decent but Pizza is pretty bad flavored I haven’t tried a fresh one on the buffet and it wasn’t very good at all. I can’t recommend this place for anything.

Lions Den has an affordable buffet which includes all you can eat pizza, salad and the special side of the day. They also have a full menu to order from. Online ordering and delivery available. Dough is made fresh daily. Very clean and family friendly. The owners Anne and Cory are always giving back to the community and schools. During lunch Lions Den offers discounted pricing for students and school faculty. Lunch can get pretty busy the first hour open with the students/teachers but always worth the stop for delicious affordable food. A must try!

Got food last week after not ordering from them for over a year at least. Got a breaded tenderloin. The bun was the top half of a 6″ hoagie cut into half. It had a few cherry tomatoes on it cut in half…not lengthwise either. Had lettuce as expected but no onion as before. It also had a white cheese on it…mozzarella I think. I didn’t ask for any condiments specifically…I just assumed when you say everything…but it had no mayo or anything on it. They also used to come with a pickle…not now I guess. The fries were cold also…which was probably partly our fault…but even cold they shouldn’t of been rubbery as they were. It was near closing. I assume we got old fries. I hadn’t had a tenderloin in a long time too!!! Very odd & very disappointing.

We have enjoyed pizza from Lions Den over the years. I now work there making the dough and preparing lunch. It’s a fun place to work and gives me the opportunity to see old friends and meet new people from all around the area. Anne and Cory are great to work for and are always willing to help out when needed.

Came in several months ago, the waitress was too busy visiting with friends to refill our drinks. Had to get up and refill it myself after waiting an extended period of time. She watched me and did not offer to help. I used to go to lunch buffet quite a bit back in high school, I have been since and it is not the same.
