Went to order some dinner & was totally disrespected and actually called a “Karen” by the so called manager who wouldn’t tell me his name. Was asked to hold on for “one minute” which was actually more like 8 mins, before we even got to put an order in. They got our order wrong and it was only one $14 pizza!! This was only the beginning of the disrespect. Definitely needs improvement on customer service because this so called manager held up the drive thru line & made other customers back up to go inside to get their food. I am NOT the person to ask for more than what I paid for, so to be treated this way, was absolutely appalling! Good luck if you are considering putting an order in at this location, may the peace of the Lord be with you!

This location rarely ever has any pizza or crazy bread ready.. ever! Little Ceasars is known to have “hot and ready”.. so it’s really inconvenient that the wait is over 20 minutes every time I come here. Thankfully the last time the employee tried to smooth things over which helped a lot and is appreciated! Just wish everyone would work together abit more and be proactive instead of reactive with the baking lol

Going through the drive through 3 times for 2 hot and readys.. going on a 25 minutes waiting. This Little Caesar’s is horrible. Every time I come here it gets worse. And having completely clueless employees and apparently no direction given to new comers makes it that much worse. Fix your equiptment.. hire better employees that have a clue and don’t seem like they are too high to take the easiest pizza order in history.

Sorriest excuse for a pizza restaurant. Crying, whining, rude. From the shift manager down to the line worker. Get this the order was for a two year olds b-party. A colossal, mind blowing, incredible 20 pizzas. Stop the presses. 1st and last time…PERIOD….. I am still laughing at the “That is going to take an hour”, line. Straight garbage. You are at work and you are “big surprise” expected to work. SHOCKING

Ordered the pretzel crust pizza combo for $9.99. Husband brought it home and it was a regular cheese pepperoni pizza. When I called and explained the situation she put me on hold and then told me I could bring the pizza back and get a new one made. After telling her I lived 25 minutes away she put a manager on and she said all she could do was give me a credit for the pizza. I felt the least they could do for my inconvenience was to do the whole $9.99 deal as credit. Will not go to this location again. The manager Sharon was even the one that gave us the wrong order. I’m glad that I work at a food establishment that ALWAYS does what is needed to keep our customers coming back. Especially over such a small amount that is nothing to a corporation as large as Little Caesars. Too bad I didn’t read all the poor reviews before even ordering from there.

Cashier barely acknowledged customers. No greeting, no etiquette, no thank you or you’re welcome, no have a good night. A gentleman was upset because he was waiting 40 minutes for a hot and ready. Then, after I walked out… they closed 50 minutes early. People tried to come in and the door was locked and the lights turned off.

Horrible service and terrible atmosphere. The drive-through speaker was broken, so I waited 15 minutes in line just to be told that it would be 15 minutes for one hot and ready pizza. The wait staff was rude and the pizza is never hot or ready.

The location I went to complied with my wanting to have extra sauce at no charge. However, there was one that originally called and the person that answered the phone thought that sauce that was extra was an extra charge. I told him that that wasn’t the case and he kind of sort of argued that point. Sauce that is extra should not be charged and isn’t. I called back and talk to a manager and she said that he was incorrect. Hopefully he was informed on this. But all-in-all the location I went to was excellent.

Usually this is a preferred location for our family. Not sure what the issue was for this visit but I literally sat in the drive-thru for over an hour to get 2 pre ordered pizzas… There were 4 cars ahead of me…. Oh, and after all that…. We were given the wrong pizzas but charged for the correct ones… Looking forward to the phone call tomorrow to straighten this out. Shouldn’t be difficult… No more than passing out pizzas in a drive thru at the rate of 4 an hour.
